Privacy Policy

SNAER is a weekly training planner made by Kalli. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We keep this simple and honest.

What we collect

When you use SNAER, we collect:

  • Your email address — used for authentication. SNAER uses passwordless email login (a one-time code). We do not store passwords.
  • Training profile data — your experience level, training goal, schedule preferences, and display name. You provide this to configure the app.
  • Plans and workouts — the training plans and workout templates you create inside the app.
  • Week and session data — your generated training weeks, session statuses (planned, completed, skipped), and workout execution logs.
  • Crash reports — if the app crashes, we receive an anonymized report via Sentry that includes device type and a stack trace. No training data is included in crash reports.

We do not collect location data, contacts, camera or microphone access, health platform data, or payment information.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Authenticate you and keep your account secure
  • Store and serve your training plans and session history
  • Generate your weekly training schedule from your active plan
  • Diagnose crashes and improve app stability
  • Respond to support requests you send us

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your training data to train AI models.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase, a managed database platform hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with row-level security policies that restrict each user’s access to their own data only.

Crash reports are processed by Sentry. The SNAER web app is hosted on Vercel.

Third-party services

SNAER uses the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
  • Sentry — crash monitoring (sentry.io/privacy)
  • Vercel — web hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Expo / EAS — mobile app building and distribution (expo.dev/privacy)

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising networks.

Beta status

SNAER is currently in beta. During this period, data practices and features may change. We will update this policy to reflect any significant changes.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time from Settings in the SNAER app, or by emailing jon@snaer.app. Upon deletion, your account and all associated training data are permanently removed.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data (contact us to arrange this)
