Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SNAER, a weekly training planner made by Kalli. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SNAER.

Beta status

SNAER is currently in beta. The app is provided as-is and may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. We appreciate your patience and feedback during this period.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. SNAER uses passwordless login — we send a one-time code to your email. Do not share that code with anyone.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use SNAER for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
  • Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access data from the service
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

Your data

You own the training data you create in SNAER. We do not claim any rights to your training plans, workout logs, or personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Service availability

We aim to keep SNAER available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. During the beta period especially, the service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to technical issues. We will not be liable for any inconvenience caused by downtime.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time from Settings in the SNAER app, or by emailing jon@snaer.app. Upon deletion, your account and all associated data are permanently removed. We cannot recover deleted accounts.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimer of warranties

SNAER is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Training guidance in the app is informational only — consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of SNAER, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of SNAER after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
